Chandan Kumar

Managing Partner

Chandan is the Co-Founder of Rainmaker Talents. And has over a couple of decades of experience, with 11+ years in Executive Search and leadership hiring.

His experience covers various industries like Technology – Products, Services, GICs, E-commerce and Consumers.

His areas of strength have been in successfully concluding CXO searches and senior management assignments for key business functions including General Management,  sales & marketing, operations, strategy, supply chain, human resources, and finance.

He is competency-based interview certified.

His prior stints have been with Stanton Chase as an Associate partner, as a Principal Consultant and managed executive search business with ManpowerGroup India & ABC Consultants, where he has successfully handled many senior-level searches including C suite roles across Technology, Industrial, Consumer Practices, and functions like HR, R&D, Sales & Marketing, CIO. Further, as the Managing Partner, he is responsible for increasing the collaboration in different geographies, coverage and revenues for the firm in the region.
