2. Services Provided
Rainmaker Talents specializes in executive search and recruitment services across industries, focusing on sourcing and placing transformational leaders for businesses in India. Our services include:

  • Candidate sourcing and shortlisting.
  • Confidential executive searches.
  • Leadership hiring and talent advisory.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the recruitment process.
  • Confidentiality: Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information obtained through our services.
  • Compliance: Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations related to employment and recruitment.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Service Fees: Fees for recruitment services will be outlined in a formal agreement prior to engagement.
  • Payment Terms: Payments are due within 30 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise specified.
  • Taxes: All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated.

5. Candidate Placement

  • Guarantee Period: If a placed candidate resigns or is terminated within 90 days of employment, Rainmaker Talents will provide a one-time replacement free of additional cost, subject to terms outlined in the agreement.
  • Non-Solicitation: Clients agree not to solicit candidates introduced by Rainmaker Talents for positions outside the agreed scope of work for a period of 12 months.

6. Limitation of Liability
Rainmaker Talents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the relevant service.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Termination will not relieve the client of any payment obligations for services rendered prior to the termination date.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

9. Changes to Terms
Rainmaker Talents reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Clients will be notified of material changes to the terms.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and methodologies provided by Rainmaker Talents are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used, copied, or distributed without explicit written consent.
